| 体内研究： | Acarbose (300 mg/60 kg body weight) 降低空腹血糖，并调节 DM 大鼠的葡萄糖耐量而不减轻体重。Acarbose 显著抑制 DM 大鼠血清 IL6 和 TNF-α。 Acarbose (2.5 和 5.0 mg/kg) 显著且剂量依赖性地降低新内膜 IL-6 的强度，TNF-α 和 iNOS 染色，并显著增加新内膜 p-AMPK 染色的强度。Acarbose (2.5 和 5.0 mg/kg) 显著且剂量依赖性地降低 HCD 喂养兔的新内膜 Ras 和 β-半乳糖苷酶表达，而体重没有减轻。 |
