| 体内研究： | Bisacodyl (20 mg/kg) 导致大鼠结肠 AQP3 蛋白表达降低、TNF-α mRNA 表达水平升高。 Bisacodyl 抑制大鼠空肠、回肠和结肠的水吸收，抑制程度与 Bisacodyl 浓度在0.05 mg/100 mL至2.0 mg/100 mL范围内的对数呈线性关系。 Bisacodyl (10 mg/kg，灌胃) 可显著降低大鼠空肠 NOS 活性。Bisacodyl (10 mg/kg，灌胃) 可增加标记物在所有时间段内的行进距离。 与盐水处理的大鼠相比，Bisacodyl (5.9 mg/kg) 可显著降低空肠和结肠 (Na + K) ATPase 活性。与对照组大鼠相比，Bisacodyl (5.9 mg/kg) 显著增加空肠和结肠 PGE2 含量，并刺激空肠和结肠腺苷酸环化酶活性，且不影响 cAMP 含量。 Bisacodyl (4.3 mg/kg) 与 AOM 联合使用可增加大鼠每个病灶的隐窝数量，但不增加肿瘤数量。Bisacodyl (43 mg/kg) 显著增加大鼠每个病灶的隐窝数量和肿瘤数量。 |
