体内研究：

SR8278 (微量缓慢注射，20 μg/只小鼠) 可在 6-OHDA 损伤小鼠中以昼夜节律依赖性的方式发挥抗抑郁和抗焦虑作用，并恢复与情绪相关行为的昼夜节律。
SR8278 (微量缓慢注射，20 μg/只小鼠) 可恢复 REV-ERBα 和 NURR1 对酪氨酸羟化酶启动子的结合活性，并促进 REV-ERBα 和 NURR1 识别的 R/N 模体的富集。
