| 体内研究： | Necrosulfonamide (20 mg/kg，腹腔注射，单剂量) 可缓解 Lipopolysaccharide / D-galactosamine 诱导的小鼠急性肝衰竭。 Necrosulfonamide (1-5 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每日一次，连续 3 天) 可减少MPTP 诱导的帕金森病小鼠模型中的氧化应激、炎症和多巴胺能神经元细胞死亡。 Necrosulfonamide (20-40 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每日一次，连续 5-7 天) 能够改善小鼠的炎症性肠病 (IBD)，其机制在于抑制由 GSDMD 介导的细胞焦亡以及由 MLKL 介导的坏死性凋亡。 Necrosulfonamide (40-80 nmol，脑室内给药，单剂量) 对大鼠缺血/再灌注 (I/R) 诱发的急性脑损伤具有神经保护作用。 Necrosulfonamide 通过 Wnt 信号传导促进雄激素性脱发 (AGA) 小鼠的毛发生长并防止毛囊退化。 |
