体内研究：

ODM-203 (20、40 mg/kg；口服；每日一次，共 21 天) 通过抑制肿瘤中的 FGFR 信号传导来抑制几种 FGFR 依赖性异种移植中的 FGFR 磷酸化和肿瘤生长。
ODM-203 (7、20、40 mg/kg；口服；每日一次，共 21 天) 在 VEGFR 依赖性血管生成原位同源模型 (Renca) 中表现出强大的抗肿瘤活性，并抑制血管生成。
ODM-203 (20、40 mg/kg；口服；每日一次，共 5 天) 可激活肿瘤微环境中的免疫反应。
