体内研究：

在急性氯胺酮 (30 mg/kg) 之前接受 Rapastinel Trifluoroacetate (1.0 mg/kg) 治疗的小鼠表现出对新奇事物的明显偏好，而非熟悉的事物 (P<0.01)。 Rapastinel Trifluoroacetate 在 USVs 测试中产生类似抗抑郁的效果，表现为享乐性 50 kHz USVs 增加 [F(1,20)=12.4, P<0.05] 和厌恶性 20 kHz USVs 减少 [F(1,20)=6.8, P<0.05]。 Rapastinel Trifluoroacetate 还可在旷场中产生抗焦虑作用，以增加中心时间为指标 [F(1,20)=19.2, P<0.05]，而不会改变以线交叉测量的运动活动 [F(1,20)=0.0, P>0.05]。
