体内研究：

GJ103 (10-30 μM; 4 days) 在具有纯合 TGA 突变和纯合 TAA 突变的 AT153LA 细胞中诱导 ATM 激酶活性。
GJ103 在浓度高达 300 µM 时对 A-T 细胞没有表现出明显的细胞毒性。
