PFKFB 抑制剂;PFKFB Inhibitors;;InformationPFK158 PFK158 is a potent and selective inhibitor of PFKFB3 . It has improved PK properties and causes ~80% growth inhibition in several mouse models of human-derived tumors.TargetsPFKFB3In vitroPFK158 results in reduced glucose uptake, ATP production, lactate release as well as induction of apoptosis in gynecologic cancer cells. PFK158 treatment sensitizes chemoresistant cells and induces cell death.

IC50 : 137 nM (PFKFB3)

体内研究：

PFK-158（15 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每周一次；持续4周；雌性裸小鼠）联合 CBPt（51 mg/kg）治疗在妇科癌症小鼠模型中显著增强抗肿瘤活性。
