体内研究：

4-IBP (2 mg/kg；静脉注射；每周 3 次；4 周) 显著增强 Irinotecan 对原位移植 A549 非小细胞肺癌免疫缺陷小鼠的治疗效果。
4-IBP (2 mg/kg；皮下植入渗透性微泵；疗程 28 天) 在原位移植 U373-MG 胶质母细胞瘤免疫缺陷小鼠中，显著提高小鼠的存活率，并增强 Temozolomide 的治疗效果。
4-IBP (2 mg/kg/天；皮下植入渗透性微泵给药；2-21 天) 显著提高雄性 SD 大鼠背缝核 5-HT 神经元的基础放电率。
