体内研究：

BQU57 (1 mg/kg 和 5 mg/kg；ip；每日 1 次；6 周) 显著缓解大鼠腰椎不稳诱导的椎间盘退变，减少髓核细胞凋亡并维持椎间盘结构完整性。
BQU57 (50 mg/kg；ip；每周 3 次；21 天) 显著抑制三阴性乳腺癌 (TNBC) 小鼠原位肿瘤生长及肺转移，延长生存期。
