体内研究：

BADGE 和 GW9662（1 mg/kg，腹腔注射）治疗的小鼠的骨髓 (BM) 有核细胞计数均显着高于再生障碍性贫血 (AA) 组的计数。GW9662（1 mg/kg，腹腔注射）大大减弱了脂多糖对大鼠的肾脏保护作用。
