体内研究：

RBN-2397（口服；3-100 mg/kg；每日一次；24-32 天）在 CT26 同源模型中诱导肿瘤特异性适应性免疫记忆，并在 CT26 肿瘤的 BALB/c 小鼠中产生持久的完全应答。
RBN-2397（口服；3-100 mg/kg；每日一次；32 天）在 100 mg/kg 剂量下引起完全消退，并在 ≥30 mg/kg 剂量水平下对肿瘤生长产生剂量依赖性影响。
RBN-2397 在体内的半衰期 (t1/2) 为 325 分钟。
