体内研究：

BV02 (10 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每日一次；DSS 诱发的结肠炎期间 4 天) 可增强结肠炎小鼠粘膜中的 Akt 活化，增加细胞凋亡，减少细胞增殖，进一步缩短结肠长度。
BV02 (10 mg/kg；腹腔注射；接受 PTZ 前 1 天) 可减弱 Pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) 诱发的癫痫大鼠中 LV-14-3-3 和 LV-HAP1 的抗癫痫作用，增加癫痫发作严重程度，缩短潜伏期，增加每只大鼠的全身强直阵挛 (GTC)。
BV02 (3 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每日一次；感染后 10 天开始，共 3 天) 可抑制脾脏中的 B. melitensis 在受感染的小鼠中存活。
