(+)-nootkatone is the active ingredient responsible for the antiplatelet effect of Cyperus rotundus, a well-known oriental traditional medicine. |
| 体内研究： |
Nootkatone (10 mg/kg) 组在 Y 型迷宫和 Morris 水迷宫等行为学实验中表现良好。组织病理学检查和免疫组织化学分析结果表明，LPS 诱导的神经元变性和小胶质细胞活化 (尤其是在海马中)，而Nootkatone (10 mg/kg) 可逆转这些改变。酶联免疫吸附试验和蛋白质印迹分析也表明，与假手术组相比，模型组 IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、NLRP3 和 NF-κB p65表达增加，尤其是在海马中，而 Nootkatone (10 mg/kg) 可降低这些炎症细胞因子的高表达。 |
