体内研究：

Idalopirdine hydrochloride (腹膜内注射，5 mg/kg，每天，28 天) 可减少过度进食大鼠模型的食物摄入量和体重。
Idalopirdine hydrochloride (1 或 2 mg /kg，静脉注射) 可以剂量依赖性地增加 nPO 电刺激期间的 γ 功率，增强 Donepezil 对皮质 γ 振荡的影响，但不会改变大鼠的睡眠-觉醒模式。
