Cenicriviroc (≥20 mg/kg/天) 可显著减少体内单核细胞/巨噬细胞的募集。在此剂量下，Cenicriviroc 表现出抗纤维化作用，在三种纤维化动物模型中显著减少胶原沉积以及1型胶原蛋白和 mRNA 的表达。在 NASH 模型中，Cenicriviroc 显著降低非酒精性脂肪肝疾病活动性评分。Cenicriviroc 治疗对体重或肝/肾重量无显著影响。 |
