ABTL-0812 (ABTL0812；120 mg/kg；口服强饲法；每周 5 次；持续 33 天) 在人肺和胰腺异种移植物中诱导内质网应激。
ABTL-0812 在体内诱导内质网应激的标志。ABTL-0812 在携带 MiaPaca2 和 A549 异种移植物的小鼠中分别增加 ATF4 和 HSPA5 的表达。
