体内研究：

BIO-acetoxime (BIA) 在局部毛果芸香碱大鼠模型中以 0.5 mg/kg 显示抗惊厥作用，在 6-Hz 完全点燃的 FVB/N 小鼠中以 0.5、2.5 和 5 mg/kg 通过腹腔注射；给药显示抗惊厥作用。
