体内研究：

PRE-084 hydrochloride (0.25 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每周 3 次，持续8周) 对 wobbler 小鼠的运动功能具有改善作用 (提高运动神经元存活率、改善爪部异常和抓握力表现)，并显示出神经保护效应 (增加灰质中脑源性神经营养因子 BDNF 水平)。
PRE-084 hydrochloride (1 mg/kg；腹腔注射；单次给药) 在心肌梗死模型中通过激活 Akt-eNOS 通路发挥心脏保护作用。
