体内研究：

JDTic dihydrochloride (2.5-16 mg/kg，sc) 在甩尾试验中以剂量依赖性方式阻断尼古丁的镇痛反应，但在注射尼古丁的小鼠中以任何剂量测试时对热板试验或体温评估没有影响。
JDTic dihydrochloride (3 mg/kg，ip) 能够逆转宿醉焦虑大鼠模型中的焦虑样行为。JDTic dihydrochloride (10 mg/kg，腹腔注射) 减少酒精自我给药，抑制线索诱导的酒精寻求恢复，并在 2 小时预处理时间点特异性阻断 KOR 激动剂的作用。
JDTic dihydrochloride (30 mg/kg，ig) 显著阻断大鼠中 U50，488 诱导的利尿作用。
