体内研究：

ST2825 口服后剂量依赖性地抑制 IL-1β 诱导的 IL-6 产生。在腹腔注射前 5 分钟，用适当的载体或 ST2825 以 50 至 200 mg/kg 的剂量给动物口服与 20 μg/kg IL-1β 联合使用。ST2825 在 100 和 200 mg/kg 时可显著抑制 IL-1β 刺激的 IL-6 产生。
