体内研究：

LNP201 causes sustained silencing of the murine Ssb gene in the mouse liver after single or multiple doses through an RNAi mechanism. LNP201 causes an acute inflammatory response, inducing expression of numerous genes involved in innate immunity as well as mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) phosphorylation in tissues.
