KLTWQELYQLKYKGI effectively promotes the attachment, spreading and proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. KLTWQELYQLKYKGI enhances the proliferation, migration and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs). KLTWQELYQLKYKGI synergistically accelerates angiogenesis and bone regeneration in rat cranial defect models. KLTWQELYQLKYKGI can be used for the research of brain tissue engineering and traumatic brain injury repair and biomaterials for bone tissue engineering and bone repair.

体外研究：

KLTWQELYQLKYKGI (7 天) 上调 HUVECs 中 VEGF、PECAW 和 vWF 的 mRNA 表达，增加 ALP 活性和 ALP mRNA 表达。
KLTWQELYQLKYKGI (8 小时) 促进 HUVECs 在 Matrigel 上形成毛细血管样结构。
KLTWQELYQLKYKGI (5 mg/mL 水凝胶中，5-7 天) 增强 BMSCs 的增殖和迁移。
KLTWQELYQLKYKGI (14 天) 增加 BMSCs 中钙沉积，并上调 Runx2、BMP-2 和 Col 1α 的 mRNA 表达。
