体外研究：

Glucocorticoid receptor agonist-2 对糖皮质激素受体（GR）和孕酮受体（PR）表现出结合活性，其IC50值分别为6.6 nM 和7.3 nM。
Glucocorticoid receptor agonist-2对糖皮质激素反应元件（GRE）报告基因和矿盐皮质激素受体（MR）的EC50值分别为0.2 nM 和442 nM。
此外，Glucocorticoid receptor agonist-2 作为矿盐皮质激素受体（MR）的激动剂，其EC50值为149 nM。
