产品描述：

MS4322 (YS43-22) is a specific PRMT5 PROTAC degrader. MS4322 reduces the PRMT5 protein level with a DC50 of 1.1 μM in MCF-7 cells. MS4322 inhibits the methyltransferase activity of PRMT5 with an IC50 of 18 nM. MS4322 promotes ubiquitination and degradation of PRMT5. MS4322 can be used for the research of breast cancer, lung cancer, and hepatocellular cancer. (Pink: PRMT5 ligand ; Blue: E3 ligase ligand); Black: linker ; E3+linker ).

体外研究：

MS4322 (0.05-5 μM, 6 天) 以浓度依赖性方式有效降低 PRMT5 蛋白水平，在 MCF-7 细胞中的 Dmax 为 74%。
MS4322 (5 μM, 7 天) 在 MCF-7 细胞中通过 PRMT5, VHL 和蛋白酶体依赖性机制降解 PRMT5 蛋白。
MS4322 (0.1-10 μM,，6 天) 在 MCF-7 细胞中表现出抗增殖作用，主要是由于其 PRMT5 降解活性，而非其 PRMT5 抑制活性。
MS4322 (5 μM, 6 天) 也在多种癌细胞系 (HeLa, A549, A172 和 Jurkat 细胞) 中有效降低了 PRMT5 蛋白水平并抑制了细胞生长。
