SJ988497 inhibits parental MHH-CALL-4 cells with an EC50 of 0.4 nM, inhibits CRBN-KD MHH–CALL-4 cells with an EC50 of 3456.2 nM, and can be blocked by 30 μM Lenalidomide.html" class="link-product" target="_blank">Lenalidomide .
SJ988497 (1 h, 1 μM) results in comparable JAK inhibition in MHH–CALL-4 cells.
