Buforin II inhibits A. baumanniiATCC 19606 and multiresistant strains with the similar MIC values of 8 mg/L.

体内研究：

Buforin II (intravenously a single dose, 1 mg/kg) has potent antibacterial activity that effectively reduces lethality and leads to a significant reduction in plasma endotoxin and cytokine concentrations in male Wistar rat model of sepsis.
