| 体外研究： | Pinosylvin (0-100 μM；24 小时) 对 THP-1 和 U937 细胞具有细胞毒性，在白血病细胞中的 IC50 值为 20-30 μM，最大细胞毒性作用发生在 100 μM 以下，孵育 24 小时时。 Pinosylvin (0-100 μM；24 小时) 在 50 μM 时增加 U937 细胞群中膜联蛋白 V+ 和 PI+ 细胞的数量，增加膜联蛋白 V+ 和 PI+ 细胞在 100 μM 的 THP-1 群体中。 Pinosylvin (0-100 μM；24 小时) 通过提高白血病细胞中 LC3-II 和 p62/SQSTM1 的降解水平来促进白血病细胞的自噬。 |
