体内研究：

α-Cyclodextrin (饮食中含有 1-20% α-Cyclodextrin，口服，13 周) 不会对大鼠产生任何毒性或不良反应。
α-Cyclodextrin (饮食中含有 0-20% α-Cyclodextrin，口服，13 周) 在比格犬中耐受性良好，但会出现腹泻。
