体内研究：

IKK 16 hydrochloride (1 mg/kg，静脉注射，一次) 可通过降低雄性 Wistar 大鼠模型中内毒素暴露引起的急性炎症反应来预防 LPS 诱导的多器官功能障碍。
IKK 16 hydrochloride (1 mg/kg，静脉注射，一次) 可改善雄性 Wistar 大鼠模型中肾小球和肾小管功能的恢复，并在急性肾损伤 (AKI) 后 28 天预防纤维化。
IKK 16 hydrochloride (30 mg/kg，灌胃，一次) 可抑制 LPS 诱导的大鼠模型中的全身 TNFα 水平。
IKK 16 hydrochloride (10 mg/kg，皮下注射，一次) 可抑制巯基乙酸盐诱发的腹膜炎小鼠模型中的中性粒细胞外渗。
IKK 16 hydrochloride 可降低高脂 (HFD)-盲肠结扎穿刺 (CLP) 小鼠模型中 CLP 诱导的心脏功能障碍、NF-κB 通路激活和 iNOS 表达。
