产品描述：

Glufosinate ammonium 是谷氨酸的膦酸类似物，是一种由植物细胞转化为 PT (L-phosphinothricin) 的除草剂。Glufosinate ammonium 具有神经毒性作用。

体内研究：

Glufosinate ammonium (10-250 mg/kg；管饲；每天；在妊娠第 6-15 天) 在 Wistar 大鼠中显示 50 或 250 mg/kg 组的母体毒性。
Glufosinate ammonium (口服插管) 在雄性和雌性大鼠中的半衰期小于 4 小时。
