Upon oral administration of Cintirorgon, this agent selectively binds to the nuclear receptor transcription factor RORγ, forming a receptor complex that translocates to the nucleus, and binds to ROR response elements (ROREs), enhancing the function, proliferation and survival of type 17 T cells, including Th17 (helper T cells) and Tc17 (cytotoxic T cells). RORγ, the nuclear receptor transcription factor that is involved in Th17/Tc17 differentiation, plays a key role in immune activation. |

口服 RORγ 激动剂 Cintirorgon (LYC-55716) 后，该药物选择性地与核受体转录因子 RORγ 结合，形成受体复合物，易位至细胞核，并与 ROR 反应元件 (RORE) 结合，增强功能，增殖以及 17 型 T 细胞的存活率，包括 Th17 (辅助性 T 细胞) 和 Tc17 (细胞毒性 T 细胞)。RORγ 是参与 Th17/Tc17 分化的核受体转录因子，在免疫激活中起着关键作用。Cintirorgon (LYC-55716) 也具有口服生物利用度，而新一代免疫肿瘤药物 (包括 PD-1/PD-L1 抑制剂) 则通过注射给药。 |
