体内研究：

(R)-Verapamil (50-100 mg/kg，口服，溶于饮用水，每日一次，1 型糖尿病小鼠模型中 10 天；30-150 mg/kg；口服；每日两次；2 型糖尿病小鼠模型中 17 天-6 周) hydrochloride 在 1 型和 2 型糖尿病小鼠模型中表现出抗糖尿病作用。
(R)-Verapamil (100 mg/kg，腹腔注射，注射 LPS 前 1 h) hydrochloride 显著降低脓毒症休克小鼠模型中的死亡率和细胞因子 (TNF-α 和 IFN-γ) 表达。
