IA-Alkyne (Iodoacetamide-alkyne; N-Hex-5-ynyl-2-iodo-acetamide) 是一种 TRP 通道 (TRPC) 的激动剂，有潜力用于呼吸道感染相关疾病的研究。IA-Alkyne 可以用来开发同位素标记的探针，用于定量的半胱氨酸反应分析 (cysteine-reactivity)。

体外研究：

IA-alkyne (2.5-10 μM; 1 hour) can react with cysteines. Soluble fractions of HeLa cell lysates (2.0 mg/ml) are treated with IA-alkyne. Labeled proteome samples are conjugated with a fluorescent rhodamine-azide tag through CuAAC, and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. In-gel fluorescence imaging reveals that IA-alkyne has a strong fluorescent intensity[2].
