产品描述：

Taurohyodeoxycholic acid sodium salt hydrate 通过阻断钙介导的细胞凋亡途径以及 Caspase-12 活化来防止细胞凋亡。

体内研究：

Taurohyodeoxycholic acid 在体外可减小人胆结石的大小和重量。Taurohyodeoxycholic acid 增加大鼠胆汁流量、胆胆固醇分泌和胆脂分泌。Taurohyodeoxycholic acid 和 Taurochenodeoxycholic acid 联合给药可预防 Taurohyodeoxycholic acid 引起的肝毒性，增加大鼠胆汁流量、胆汁酸和磷脂分泌。
