| 体内研究： | Surfen (3 μM；2 天) dihydrochloride 在斑马鱼 tau 蛋白病变的 Tg[HuC::hTauP301L; DsRed] 胚胎模型中可显著降低 tau 过度磷酸化，挽救脊髓运动神经元轴突分支缺陷和行为缺陷。 Surfen (5 mg/kg；腹腔注射；隔日一次) dihydrochloride 可缓解小鼠实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 (EAE) 多发性硬化症模型中的临床症状，并减少 CD4 阳性 T 细胞和巨噬细胞向中枢神经系统的浸润。 Surfen (100 μM；注射至右侧钻孔) dihydrochloride 可延缓 Lysolecithin (LPC) 诱导的脱髓鞘小鼠模型中病变部位的髓鞘再生。 Surfen (20 mg/kg；腹腔注射；每日一次；连续 3 天) dihydrochloride 在小鼠中可抑制抗 CD3 抗体激活的 T 细胞增殖。 |
