Sanfetrinem (GV104326) sodium is a beta-lactamase-stable antibiotic. Sanfetrinem sodium has broad-spectrum activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

体内研究：

Sanfetrinem (4 μg/mL) sodium inhibits 99.5% of the strains, including B. fragilisgroup, B. fragilis, B. thetaiotaomicron, B. uniformis.
Sanfetrinem sodium shows potent activity against Staphylococcus aureus with a MIC90 of 0.06 μg/mL.
