体外研究：

PM-43I (intranasal administration; 5 μg per mouse; every other day; 18 d) activity is restricted to the lung by intranasal administration[1].

体内研究：

PM-43I (0.05-5 μM; 2 h) inhibits IL-4 stimulated phosphorylation of STAT6 in Beas-2B immortalized human airway cells.
