产品描述：

Povorcitinib (INCB54707) is a potent and selective JAK1 inhibitor that effectively reduces abscesses and inflammatory nodules. Povorcitinib is used to study cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE) and lichen planus (LP).

体外研究：

Povorcitinib（60 mg/kg，口服，每日两次，共 16 天）可在携带 Dp16 唐氏综合征（DS）小鼠模型中降低血清中 MCP-1、IP-10、IFN-γ 和 TNF-α 的水平，降低肝损伤标志物丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）的表达，减轻小鼠的肝脏炎症和病理损伤，延长小鼠存活率。

体内研究：

Povorcitinib 调节 TNF-α 和 TGF-β 的表达，从而表现出抗炎活性。
