体外研究：

Exicorilant (CORT 125281) 可降低 HFD 喂养小鼠的体重、脂肪量和血脂[2]。
Exicorilant (CORT 125281) (6、20 或 60 mg/kg/d，在小鼠中持续 3 周) 以剂量依赖的方式降低体重、脂肪量、血浆甘油三酯、胆固醇和游离脂肪酸，对瘦体重没有影响[2]。

体内研究：

Exicorilant (CORT 125281) 在体外逆转小鼠棕色脂肪细胞中皮质酮介导的 GR 活性。
