QC-01-175 is a heterobifunctional molecule, which degrades aberrant tau. QC-01-175 reduces the levels of A152T and P301L mutant tau protein and protects neurons from tau-mediated toxicity and improve cell survival (Pink: ligand for target protein Aberrant tau ligand 1 ; Black: linker NH2-PEG3 ; Blue: ligand for E3 ligase Pomalidomide ).

体内研究：

QC-01-175 (1-10 μM，2-24 h) 在 ALS SNs 诱导的 SH-SY5Y 细胞中降低 pTau-S396 的水平。
QC-01-175 (10 μM，4 h) 在 SH-SY5Y 细胞中减轻 ALS SNs 诱导的线粒体碎片化和体外氧化应激的增加。
