Iso-OMPA (Tetraisopropyl pyrophosphoramide) is a selective inhibitor of the irreversible butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE). Iso-OMPA enhances soman toxicity in rats associated with the inhibition of plasma carboxylesterase (CarbE)[1][2][3].

体外研究：

Iso-OMPA (0.6-1.9 mg/kg，皮下注射，单次剂量) 诱导的大鼠索曼毒性增强，而对小鼠无影响[3]。

体内研究：

Iso-OMPA 在尼罗褐虾的脑、肝、肌肉中对丙酰硫代碘化胆碱 (PSCh) 的 IC50 为 694.7，10.56，9.84 μM[1]。
Iso-OMPA 在尼罗褐虾的肝、肌肉中对丁基硫代碘化胆碱 (BSCh) 的 IC50 为 12.49，11.42 μM，Ki 为 0.2019，0.6612 μM[1]。
Iso-OMPA (100 μM，30 min) 增加了人离体支气管制备物对乙酰胆碱的敏感性[2]。
