产品描述：

PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 is a PRRSV/CD163 inhibitor. PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 can inhibit the interaction between the PRRSV glycoprotein (GP2a or GP4) and the CD163-SRCR5 domain. PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 can be used for the research of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) .

体内研究：

PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 (Compound B7) (5 μM) inhibits the Protein-protein interaction (PPI) between PRRSV GP4 glycoprotein and CD163-SRCR5 domain.
PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 (24 h) is well-tolerated by PAMs at concentrations below 25 μM, with the LC50 value of 81.7 μM.
PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 (0, 5, 10, 15, or 20 μM; 4 h) inhibits PRRSV infection of PAMs in a dose-dependent manner.
PRRSV/CD163-IN-1 (15 μM) significantly inhibits the infection caused by both type I and type II PRRSV strains.
