体内研究：

Benzylacyclouridine (口服或静脉注射) 可阻止示踪剂量的尿苷在狗和猪体内快速降解为尿嘧啶。
Benzylacyclouridine 在狗中表现出 1.8-3.6 小时的 t1/2，生物利用度水平为 85% (30 mg/kg) 和 42.5% (120 mg/kg)。
Benzylacyclouridine (120 mg/kg) 显示的 t1/2 为 1.6-2.3 h，在猪体内的生物利用度为 40%。
