产品描述：

3,4-Dichloroisocoumarin 是一种有效的 serine-protease 和 SrLip 抑制剂 (对于 SrLip 的 Ki：26.6 μM)。3,4-Dichloroisocoumarin 被丝氨酸蛋白酶打开，然后与酶发生酰化，从而抑制蛋白酶活性。3,4-Dichloroisocoumarin 可诱导 DNA 碎片化 (DNA fragmentation) 和凋亡 (Apoptosis)。3,4-Dichloroisocoumarin 可用于肿瘤、心血管疾病和酶催化机制等多个领域的研究。

体外研究：

3,4-Dichloroisocoumarin (1 mM，4-6 h) 在表达高水平蛋白酶活性的细胞系 (如 LAK、NK-92 细胞等) 中诱导寡核小体 DNA 碎片化。

体内研究：

3,4-Dichloroisocoumarin (2 mg/kg；静脉注射；给药 1 次；在冠状动脉闭塞前 20 min 给药) 应用于日本白兔心肌缺血-再灌注模型，可显著降低梗死区域 DNA 碎片化百分比，但未减少心肌梗死面积。
