用途:细胞生物学,营养研究。 用于生化研究,药物分析,是核酸的组成成分,参与生物体内的RNA和DNA合成,测定烟碱;具有植物激动素作用;也可用于组织培养。


腺嘌呤是一种含氮杂环嘌呤,脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)和核糖核酸(RNA)中的一种碱基,缩写为A。在脱氧核糖核酸中,它与胸腺嘧啶(T)配对。在核糖核酸中,它与尿嘧啶(U)配对。在生物化学上具有许多不同的功能,于细胞呼吸中,是以富有能量的腺苷三磷酸(ATP),以及辅因子烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)、黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸(FAD)等形式发生作用。
