产品介绍

Scutellarin 是从黄芩中分离到的黄酮类物质,在 HCC 细胞中,能够下调 STAT3/Girdin/Akt 信号通路,在破骨细胞中,能够抑制 RANKL 介导的 MAPK/NF-κB 信号通路。Scutellarin 具有抗 HIV-1IIIBHIV-1(74V) 和 HIV-1KM018 的活性,EC50 分别为 26 μM,253 μM 和 136 μM。
