The pH is titrated to 7.0-7.5 with NaOH solution. dNTP (Deoxy-ribonucleoside triphosphate) includes dATP (deoxyadenosine triphosphate), dCTP (deoxycytidine triphosphate), dGTP (deoxyguanosine triphosphate), dTTP (deoxythymidine triphosphate), and dUTP (deoxyuridine triphosphate).
