产品介绍

1、此产品为25mg/瓶,即37种脂肪酸总重为25mg,样品量少不好取,有时候会积累在瓶冒上,开瓶前将瓶子低速离心或使劲甩 一甩,使样品进入瓶底部再开瓶

2、国标上用正己烷或者正庚烷溶解,但我们建议选择氯仿或甲醇溶剂将产品溶出,因为正己烷或更低极性溶剂极性低,比较难溶出样品。

3、直接在瓶子里溶解,溶剂注入瓶子后尽量多震荡,使样品溶解完全,取出溶 液后再重复用溶剂洗瓶两遍,合拼溶液,然后定容。

4、每种脂肪酸成分表参见说明书,具体气相方法参见说明书。

注意事项:

色谱柱尽量选择100m的规格,如果是30m的请自行摸索降低升温速率来达到所有峰都分离开。
