产品介绍

透明质酸酶系从哺乳动物(如牛、羊)睾丸中提取的糖苷内切酶。白色至微黄色粉末,易溶于水,不溶于丙酮、乙醇和乙醚。能催化透明质酸等酸性黏多糖水解,产生以丁糖为主的偶寡糖,使透明质酸的黏滞性明显下降,从而降低组织黏度,提高毛细血管和组织的通透性,加速细胞内外物质的扩散,是一种重要的药物扩散剂。
